What is Overweight & Obesity? Obesity is defined as a condition, where a human body gains too much fat. Obesity is measured or calculates by reference to the Body Mass Index (BMI). Obesity is categories in level one is, mild obesity (BMI of 35+), Second is morbid obesity (BMI of 45+) and the third one is malignant obesity (BMI of 55+). In America forty million, people are overweight. The number of overweight people increases day by day. These obesity facts are indeed alarming, because of the negative or bad effect of obesity. Disease Caused by Obesity Obesity effect is very bad for our health. It can lead to the development of many diseases just like Cancer, Diabetes, etc. Due to obesity, the number of cancer and diabetes patient increase every day. Report from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey showed, that in 2011–2014, obesity is the major factor in the development of breast cancer and heart disease. Sixty percent, of heart disease, also cause
